Eservice
We have developed a new concept in packaging machinery service and maintenance management system that we call ‘Eservice’. The customer is invited to join our on line Eservice maintenance program which allows access using a secure password controlled log on procedure. Our unique Eservice allows our customers to access their account on line at anytime to suit their working patern. The Eservice system requests data entry that records production running time, breakdown times and causes so that planned service and maintenance activities can be integrated with the customer’s production plans.
Within our Industry where service is an important concern, it is important that you, the end user, know support is there 24/7. Our Eservices, service management system, is free to existing and new customers to assure you that we will always be there to support you.
