The main technology of Reepack is directed to the preservation and protection of any kind of food, fresh or cooked, that can be packaged in preformed trays. An extensive range of manual, semi-automatic and automatic, heat-sealing machines, that offer throughputs from 4 up to 24 packs per minute are available. The machines in our range are capable of sealing or sealing with modified atmosphere processes. The packages are produced by sealing top film and tray together in the sealing die. Different kinds of materials can be used, for different purposes, such as PP, PE, PS, C-PET, A-PET, EPP, EPET, Cardboard, Alu etc…
All the machines are manufactured in stainless steel, anodized aluminium is used for the tool device and for the vacuum chambers. Quick change tooling can be provided that will allow for one or more trays per cycle, an automatic film advance ststem,as well as an automatic rewinding of scrap film are included. Finally a User-friendly electronic control panel manages heating, sealing and vacuum-gas flush functions as required. GTN Any trays can be sealed with a pneumatic system or with our New Technology (eco-line) based on electromotor, both of them fitting any demand. Electromotor is an ideal system where mobility and energy saving is the top priority.
