Compass MK Service Plans.
Most customers subscribe to our annual service contracts for equipment no longer covered by warranty. These contracts enable our customers to: -
- Budget for the forthcoming year, with guaranteed costs (excluding parts)
- Optimise cash flow by spreading the cost of service over 12 monthly manageable payments INTEREST FREE.
- Book service times in advance ensuring operators are able to plan workloads accordingly to avoid peak production periods.

We provide: -
- Production Cover. We provide experienced, qualified engineers and technicians to cover your equipment in the event of holidays, sickness, and peak periods.
- Parts. We provide competitive quotes on spare parts for your equipment.
- Overhaul of equipment. We make your older equipment run like new again. Our qualified engineers will overhaul your older equipment at your location or in our fully equipped premises in Buckinghamshire.
- Line relocation. Our experienced team will provide a full quote including risk assessment and method statement, enabling you to make an informed decision on the best way to move your production line. We will organise all specialist equipment and supervise the entire operation. As a result your line is moved smoothly and you are up and running at your new location at the earliest possible opportunity.
- Line decommissioning. Do you have older equipment no longer in use? Let our experienced team of engineers render your old equipment safe and move it out of the busy production area.
- Out of hours maintenance. When you need routine maintenance work during a busy production schedule, contact us to arrange for our team of specialists to attend out of hours enabling production to continue undisturbed.
- Installation and Commissioning. Equipment purchased through CompassMK is installed and commissioned to the highest possible standard in a timely fashion by our expert engineers.
- Training. We provide a full training service for your engineering team ensuring that your equipment is run at its full potential constantly.
